We have a wide range of activities and events which you are very welcome to attend. To discover what is currently taking place do come and join us or drop us an email to find out more. Our weekly notice sheet gives information on a regular basis, supplemented by a monthly magazine, The Visitor, which is full of articles and encouragement.

The Bible Reading and Study Group meets to read and think carefully about the Bible and God's message for us.
Brownies meet on Mondays and Tuesdays (5.30pm - 7pm) and enables girls aged 7 - 10 years to work for interest badges developing a wide range of useful skills.
Carrville Kids meets each Sunday morning where children progress through the three groups, each enjoying its own distinctive pattern of activity. There is a crèche for under 3s, Play and Pray is for younger children and Friends of God is for older children.
The Circuit Cell 20s-40s group includes people who worship at Carrville. This group meets on a weekly basis to share in prayer, friendship, bible study, worship and discussion.
Eco-group – This is a group of people who are interested in exploring ways that as a church we can develop our stewardship of the earth.
Guides meet on Wednesday (7.15-9pm) when girls aged 10 - 15 years follow their own organised programme leading to further self development as individuals and members of a team.
Ladies Circle meets on Tuesday afternoons (1.45–3.00pm) when speakers share on a wide range of topics from aspects of church life and worship to travel and hobbies, and the inevitable cup of tea or coffee! This is a friendly group of ladies of all ages sharing fellowship and is open to everyone.
The Ladies Craft Group meets on Thursday mornings (10- 12 noon). Visiting speakers with particular skills add to the variety of project work in this gathering.
Ladies Keep Fit Group meets on Wednesday morning (10-11am). There is a programme of exercise for all ages designed to maintain supple joints and limbs without over exertion.
The Pram Club meets Monday and Thursday afternoons (1pm-3pm) and is an informal (sometimes hectic!) social gathering of parents and guardians with their young children. All are welcome to this.
Rainbows meet on Tuesday (6-7pm) and Friday (5.15-6.30pm). This is open to girls aged 5 - 7 years and provides a structured programme of fun activities.
Saturday Coffee Morning (10-11.30am) - This takes place on the 1st Saturday of each month in aid of our two charities. Gifts for the cake stall and bring-and-buy are greatly appreciated. This year we are supporting the Great North Air Ambulance Service and Bishop Joseph Michucki in his Miathene Circuit in Kenya.
Tuesday fellowship group (2nd and 4th Tuesdays 6-8pm) Have you ever wanted to meet with other parents, and share the joys of juggling faith, work and family life? It can be a challenge to get everyone fed, childcare in place and get out for an evening. This is a fellowship / study group just for you, where you ome and eat together, bring your kids and they can play with other kids while you have some grown up time with others! Other groups meeting on the church premises include an Embroidery Group, Belmont Ladies Choir and several U3A groups including music, poetry and art appreciation.University of the Third Age (U3A) is a self-help organisation, self-managed lifelong learning co-operative for older people no longer in full time work, providing opportunities for their members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups and to pursue learning not for qualifications, but for fun.
